Andy has been in the meat industry for over 40 years.  He knows all aspects of the industry from his positions as truck driver, salesman, operations manager, sales manager, and branch manager.  Andy also boasts many years’ experience barbecuing for grocery stores, festivals, company parties, street fairs, and other large events.

After many years of looking for the perfect rub, Andy finally decided to create his own, not only for business barbecues, but also for the catering business that he and his wife own. From this signature mix, Andy’s Rub was born.
