Andy’s Rub is so good, I’d put this on my arm and eat it!
If you ask me, Andy’s Rub is the greatest thing to come along since sliced bread! I use it in almost everything I cook. Just a pinch of that savory mixture spices up any dish. Try it and I think you’ll agree.
I’ve been using Andy’s Rub for several years, and have found that it’s the one spice blend that I can put on anything and everything – beef, pork, chicken, fish, and veggies. Every time I grill, sauté, broil or bake I sprinkle some on whatever food I’m cooking. The taste is not too strong or heavy like some spices I’ve used, but adds a very pleasing flavor to the food.
I also sprinkle it in the olive oil when I make bruschetta. If I could only have one spice in my cabinet, it would definitely be Andy’s Rub.
A native Texas, I used to think that we had the best steaks in the world. But since I first tasted Andy’s Rub, I have not had even the desire to visit a steakhouse here in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. My sole option now for prime beef is to fly to Gilroy, CA, the only place where Andy’s Rub is currently available. I look forward to the day they go national. And beyond.
